Overview
5Year Warranty:
62Carat provides a 5year for plating of all our demi-fine jewellery pieces, ensuring you can enjoy the jewellery the way you want to!
Claim Process:
- Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
- Email info@62carat.com with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim.
Credit Terms:
– 0-6 months: 50% of invoice value
– 6-12 months: 25% of invoice value
– After 12 months: 15% of invoice value
Exclusions from Warranty:
– Damage or breakage because of wear and tear.
– Third-party resizing or alterations.
– Damage to zirconia crystals due to mishandling.
– Loss of crystals or stones on the jewellery
– Not applicable on luxury handcrafted sets.
Jewelry Care Tips:
– 62Carat jewellery is crafted for daily use. There are no do’s and don’ts ! Just enjoy it everyday the way you want to!!
Breakage Warranty:
– 62Carat offers a customer-friendly breakage warranty.
– In case of breakage during usage, claim 15% of the product value as 62Carat cash.
– Cash is redeemable within 6 months online.
