1. Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
2. Email info@62carat.com with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim.

Credit Terms:

– 0-12 months: 20% of invoice value
– 1-5 Year: 15% of invoice value

Exclusions from Warranty:

– Damage or breakage because of wear and tear.
– Third-party resizing or alterations.
– Damage to zirconia crystals due to mishandling.
– Loss of crystals or stones on the jewellery
– Not applicable on luxury handcrafted sets.
