Once approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

We offer a 2-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.

Post approval, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 3 business days

To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 Claim Process:

1. Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
2. Email info@62carat.com with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim.

Credit Terms:

– 0-6 months: 50% of invoice value
– 6-12 months: 25% of invoice value
– After 12 months: 15% of invoice value

Exclusions from Warranty:

– Damage or breakage because of wear and tear.
– Third-party resizing or alterations.
– Damage to zirconia crystals due to mishandling.
– Loss of crystals or stones on the jewellery
– Not applicable on luxury handcrafted sets.

Jewelry Care Tips:

– 62Carat jewellery is crafted for daily use. There are no do’s and don’ts ! Just enjoy it everyday the way you want to!!

Breakage Warranty:

– 62Carat offers a customer-friendly breakage warranty.
– In case of breakage during usage, claim 15% of the product value as 62Carat cash.
– Cash is redeemable within 6 months online.
